Had a pretty rough experience with cleanliness—finding sand on the bed, chocolate on the floor, and cobwebs in the corners. The air conditioner looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and two outlets didn’t work, so the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were all useless. Quiet hours definitely need enforcement. noisy guests right outside the door kept us up until 4 AM. A coffee maker without coffee felt pointless, and not having someone to clean the room during a four-day stay seemed off. Adding a few extra pillows would’ve made a difference too.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The pool was clean and fun, and I loved the outdoor seating area for hanging out. Definitely a good find for a budget getaway.
Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We had a pleasant 5-night stay. The kitchenette in our room was great for quick meals, though the space felt tight for four. Consider requesting a room further from the communal areas.

The rooms had an unpleasant odor and cleanliness was lacking. A staff member was rude about noise complaints, causing frustration. If you're considering this place, be prepared to face challenges with customer service and request specific accommodations in advance for a better experience.

We loved our clean Queen Queen Room with a kitchenette and comfy beds, which made our stay super relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities were great for unwinding after a beach day. Just a heads up, noise from the street was a bit bothersome at times, but it didn't ruin our time at all. 😊

Perfect location for family fun!
It’s super close to the beach—just a short walk away. There’s a nice park nearby for the kiddos and a picnic area for chillin’ and snacking. The only bummer was that the room was a bit cramped for our family. Overall, we made great memories!

Dude, if you're into seafood, you gotta hit up Joseph's by the Sea for some bomb chowder! The Dock House also had this cute outdoor area that's perfect for chillin', and the staff was mad friendly. Late check-out? Major win!
However, the noise from the neighbors was a buzzkill, and those drunken peeps just outside our window? Not cool! Plus, no stove? Just a microwave? C'mon!

We had a solid time, the room was comfortable enough for my crew, and the pool was clean and fun for the kids. Plus, it was super close to a pizza place, which was a lifesaver after a long day at the beach.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was decent.

Perfect location just a short walk to the beach. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare snacks, although it could use a stove for better cooking options. Staff here are super friendly. they even provided extra towels right away. Room was clean and comfy, which made relaxing easy. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at night, especially from some loud guests outside my window. Could definitely use better soundproofing. Also, having coffee in the room would’ve been a nice touch, rather than just in the lobby.

Clean room with comfortable beds. There was water damage in the bathroom that was hard to overlook. Nice location, a short walk to the beach and close to good restaurants. Golf course nearby could be fun for golfers.
